I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was outstanding. The rooms, with their pink flowers and comfortable beds, were perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, with easy access to the airport and just a short walk to the historic center. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including omelettes made to order.

Our stay at the the Pansion Comfort Bok was wonderful. It was a very comfortable room, well appointed and it offered a fantastic balcony overlooking the town and sea below. The hotel is rather new and it offers many modern comforts. The owners were helpful and friendly (they even drove us to the bus station when we left) and they offered a very nice breakfast complete with omelets as well as the usual.

The hotel is further away from the center of town than we expected. We walked from the ferry to the hotel and it was a bit of a hike!

De'an the owner is a hero! Nothing was too much for this man...in fact I'm not sure he even sleeps. Everything from organising the bookings, to directing us around the town, to offering transfers as far as Zadar, to running the restaurant...One morning my girlfriend woke up feeling rough & he was even kind enough to organise breakfast for us to have up in bed. He made us feel as welcome as a host possibly could. You won't be disappointed!

Qualities: Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, excellent restaurant, parking is not paved. Defects: no lift, slightly away from the beach

The staff was nice, helpful and courteous, restaurant has great food, and gave a welcome drink at check in. Breakfast was fresh and made just for us. Lovely view from balcony. About a 10 minute walk into main town.

Really bad cancellation policy, we wanted to change our plans once we arrived in croatia, and they wouldn't allow it unless it was 7 days in advance and I tried to cancel 3 days in advance. somewhat loud in the hall way, pag novalija is a party town and people were raucous at midnight. Somewhat overpriced for what you get.

The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They are very knowledgeable about the area and offer helpful suggestions for activities and restaurants. The breakfast is great with a variety of options to choose from. , the rooms are modern and comfortable with fresh towels each day.

The location is a bit far from the main attractions and it can be a challenge to reach the hotel without a car. some rooms don't have elevator access, making it difficult to carry luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, homely and comfortable. About a 5-10 min walk to the beach front with bars and restaurants. Very well sign-posted and easy to find.

The shower in our room was a hand-held one - a little annoying.

The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. The Pansion was of a very high standard and very clean. We had a welcome bowl of fruit and a welcome drink which was a nice touch. Wifi reception excellent.

The location was a long way from the ferry terminal (catarmaran). The rates changed to summer while we were there and I think the summer rate is a little high for the location.

During my stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern facilities of the hotel. The transportation system in this area is ideal, with easy access to the airport, Novalja's town center, and the historic regions. One of my favorite aspects was the breakfast, which had a broad selection of delectable meals. Furthermore, the staff was respectful, helpful, and engaging throughout my visit.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean, with comfy beds and air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing lots of useful information about the island. The location is convenient, close to the historic center and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

We have spend 2 nights in the hotel and we are very happy with the service, the rooms and the people working there. They made our stay really confortable, helping us resolving our problems and cooking a really good breakfast!
